Recruitment
Design job specifications / job descriptions for each position in the company, identify staff vacancies, advertise vacancies, conduct pre-screening, and interviews, ITC / CRIM checks and negotiate with the successful candidates.
Conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for employee termination – Provide terminated employees with outplacement or relocation assistance.

Payroll
Full payroll function on an online / cloud based platform so you, as business owner, can keep your eyes on your payroll without having to do all the work.

Human Resources
Draft letter of appointments and ensure that all new employees complete and submit the required HR documentation (employee information, medical information, security and privacy policy etc.). Handle all employment contracts – Training, Temporary and Permanent positions.
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, salaries and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Maintain records and compile statistical reports concerning personnel-related data such as hires, transfers, warnings, hearings, performance appraisals, absenteeism rates, sick leave, annual leave, etc.

Industrial Relations
Facilitate disciplinary processes and procedures and educate line managers and staff when required.
Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with refereeing disputes, dismissing employees, retrenchments and administering disciplinary procedures.
Standardise all IR documentation and ensure that the company’s Staff Manual is kept up to date with the latest Labour Law.
Conduct counselling discussions, grievance procedures, poor performance and disciplinary hearings when required and draft relevant warning letters.
