- We search our in-house AND online databases (Pnet, Careers24, Jobmail, etc) for candidates according to the specific job spec criteria.
- We contact candidates to find out if they meet the criteria and are interested in the position
- We forward CVs to our client for pre-approval
- We set up interviews for our client with the selected candidates
- We regret the unsuccessful candidates
- No pre-interviews done by us
- No ITC, Criminal or reference checks
- No guarantee

Gold Plan
Full Service Option
- We advertise the available position on employment portals eg: Pnet, LinkedIn, Facebook job sites, inhouse marketers, etc
- We search our in-house AND online databases (Pnet, Jobmail, etc) for candidates according to the specific job spec criteria.
- We scrutinise and follow up on all CVs received to ensure they meet the criteria, that the candidates understand the position and that they are interested in the position
- We forward CVs to our client for pre- approval
- We set up interviews for our client with the selected candidates
- We regret the unsuccessful candidates
- We do an Employment reference check on the candidate selected for the position
- We do ITC checks
- We offer a 3 month guarantee on the individual placement

Head Hunt Option
- This package offers a retainer option of one flat monthly fee for all advertising and placements of a pre-discussed amount of positions within the company, as agreed to by both parties.
- This is a fixed monthly fee for companies that have high staff turnover. So they don’t pay per placement, but rather a fixed monthly fee for us to keep on advertising every month to receive fresh cvs for positions that are available throughout the month / year within the company.
