OUR FEES ARE NEVER BASED ON PERCENTAGES OF ANNUAL SALARIES
Option 1
Once off placement plan
- We search our in-house AND online databases for candidates according to the specific job spec criteria.
- We advertise the available position on our online employment portals.
- We scrutinise and follow up on all CVs received to ensure they meet the criteria, that the candidates understand the position and that they are interested in the position.
- We forward CVs to our client for pre- approval
- We set up interviews for our client with the selected candidates
- We regret the unsuccessful candidates
- We do an Employment reference check on the candidate selected for the position
- We do ITC checks
- We offer a 3 month guarantee on the individual placement
Option 2
Bulk Recruitment plan
- This package offers a retainer option of one flat monthly fee for all advertising and placements of a specific position within the company, as agreed to by both parties. This plan works well for companies in the call centre, armed response and retail industries
- This is a fixed monthly fee for companies that have bulk recruitment needs. So there is no “per placement fee”, but rather a fixed monthly fee for The Ideal Crew to keep on advertising every month to receive fresh cvs for the position that is available throughout the contract term
- The guarantee is in place for the full contract term
Option 3
PAYROLL plan including Recruitment
Full payroll function on an online / cloud based platform so you, as business owner, can keep your eyes on your payroll without having to do all the work. A fixed monthly fee to be paid, for the purpose of securing the services of The Ideal Crew for monthly payroll and recruitment of positions available within The Company. This option includes PAYROLL (Ts&Cs apply)
The Payroll Plan includes up to 5 placements over the 12-month agreement, regardless of the CTC annual salary of the positions at no additional charge. The replacement guarantee remains in place for the duration of the contract.
Option 4
PAYROLL service
A fixed monthly retainer fee, for the purpose of securing the services of The Ideal Crew for weekly / fortnightly / monthly payroll. This option is for PAYROLL only (Ts&Cs apply)
